By breaking the wall BMC has created access to a property behind Dani Sadan which is now being developed by a petty BMC contractor turned builder called Bhupesh Jain. So the BMC does not give a damn about the road widening, they are only taking care of one their own people. Only in India can corruption sink to such levels.
